About these terms
AI Baby Dance Video is operated by Luban Creation Lab, based in China. These terms govern your account, purchases and use of this digital AI video service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Credit & refund policy is incorporated into these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Your account, photos and characters
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Upload only your own photos or images for which you have the necessary rights and the express consent of every person pictured. Do not upload another person’s photo without their permission. Consent does not permit uses prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for your submissions and how you share the results.
What the tool makes
We generate dance videos using Seedance 2 or Kling through SeeAPI and automatically add the default soundtrack after generation. The studio does not offer soundtrack selection or audio uploads. Longer audio is trimmed to the video duration, and shorter audio is followed by silence. We do not guarantee beat matching or lip synchronization. Generation depends on these third-party services. Results vary and may not preserve every detail of a face, costume or movement. Website illustrations are concepts, not guarantees of a finished result. The service is independent of model providers and social platforms. Baby photos require parent or guardian permission. Our templates guide motion and do not promise an exact reproduction of a dance.
Pricing and billing cycle
We sell prepaid credit packs as one-time purchases. We do not sell subscriptions, and there is no monthly or annual billing cycle. Current packs are Mini Credit Pack: 50 credits for US$5.99; Basic Credit Pack: 100 credits for US$9.99; Pro Credit Pack: 500 credits for US$29.99; Max Credit Pack: 1,800 credits for US$99.99. See Pricing for current packs and generation costs. Listed prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Waffo Pancake hosts checkout; the final price and applicable taxes are displayed before you authorize payment. Each checkout authorizes only that purchase. Future price changes do not change a completed purchase or its credit allocation.
Credit validity and delivery
Purchased credits do not expire and are not reset monthly or annually. They are account-based service credits, not a subscription or a cash deposit. Credits are added after payment has been verified. The studio shows the generation cost before submission. Credits are reserved when a task is accepted and settled after a successful video has been stored. Confirmed generation failures return reserved credits. If a task’s outcome is uncertain, its credits remain reserved while the result is checked. Completed videos are saved in your account for download.
Buying without an account
You can pay before registering. Confirmed credits are held for your browser purchase account until you create an account or sign in to link them. Registration and any required email verification must be completed before generating videos. Keep this browser’s site data until linking is complete. If you lose access, contact support with your payment receipt; recovery requires verification of purchase ownership.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic credit top-up. You will not be charged again unless you actively complete another purchase, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. Before authorizing payment, you can leave checkout without completing the purchase. Closing a checkout or browser tab after payment does not reverse that payment. For a completed purchase, use the request process in our Credit & refund policy. Accepted generation tasks continue if you leave the site; there is currently no self-service cancellation of a running task. For help with a task or to request account closure, email support@aibabydancevideo.com from your account email. Account closure does not itself refund a purchase; ask us to review any unused credits before closure.
Refunds and billing problems
Returning credits after a failed generation is different from refunding a payment. Contact support@aibabydancevideo.com with your account email, order reference and reason to request review of an unused purchase, duplicate charge, incorrect charge or service delivery problem. Requests are reviewed using the payment and credit-use records; refunds are not issued automatically by leaving checkout or deleting a task. Any approved payment refund is processed through the payment provider, with the corresponding credits adjusted to prevent reuse. Our Credit & refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these policies limits mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or other rights under applicable law.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which covers prohibited content, review, reports, restrictions and appeals. We may remove violating content and restrict, suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Access to credits may be restricted while an account is investigated. Any removal of fraudulent or invalid credits, or handling of legitimately purchased unused credits, is subject to the policy, refund review and applicable law; the no-expiry promise is not permission to use credits for prohibited content.
