Acceptable Use Policy

Scope
This policy is part of the Terms of use for AI Baby Dance Video, operated by Luban Creation Lab in China. It applies to uploaded photos, generation requests and settings, AI-generated images, video and audio, and content stored or shared using the service. These rules apply even when content is private, synthetic or not yet published.
Photo rights and consent
Upload only your own photos or material for which you have both the necessary rights and the express permission of every person shown. Do not use someone else’s photo without their consent. Consent, ownership or an AI label does not authorize any prohibited content below. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is not needed for generation.
Sexual and NSFW content
Pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual services and other sexually explicit or NSFW material are prohibited. Do not request or share simulated nudity, sexual coercion or sexual exploitation.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, grooming, exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited, including AI-generated, altered or fictional depictions. Do not depict a child or a person who appears underage in sexual or exploitative circumstances. Serious child-safety incidents may lead to immediate restrictions and reports to appropriate authorities where required.
Violence and gore
Do not upload or generate graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, extreme gore, animal cruelty, threats or encouragement of violence. Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm or suicide is prohibited.
Hate and harassment
Do not create hateful, dehumanizing or discriminatory content targeting people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. Targeted harassment, intimidation, threats and disclosure of private information are prohibited.
Non-consensual intimate content
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), sexual deepfakes, nudification, intimate-image abuse and threats to distribute intimate material are prohibited. These restrictions cover altered and wholly synthetic content as well as real images. An otherwise permitted photo cannot be used to create an intimate or sexual depiction.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not swap a real person’s face into another person’s photo or video, fabricate a real person’s speech or actions, or synthesize intimate interactions between real people. Do not impersonate a person, brand or institution, fabricate endorsements, or present generated media as authentic footage or evidence. Consent or labeling does not override these prohibitions. Do not use the service for fraud, scams or misleading political content.
Copyright, trademarks and other rights
Do not upload, generate or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Do not use protected artwork, recordings, characters, logos or branding without the rights required for your intended use. Buying credits grants no license to third-party songs, films, characters or brands.
Misuse of the service
Do not bypass safety checks, exploit vulnerabilities, abuse accounts or payments, submit unlawful content, or try to evade a restriction by using another account. Do not strip AI disclosures to deceive viewers or claim synthetic output is an authentic recording.
Content review
Generation uses predefined scene and story instructions and requires confirmation of photo permissions. Requests to SeeAPI for Seedance 2 enable the provider’s safety checker. Automated checks may reject unsafe requests, but can miss violations or make mistakes. The operator may examine relevant uploads, outputs and task records when investigating a report, a provider flag or suspected abuse. Reports are assessed in context before a decision; urgent protective restrictions may be applied while an investigation is ongoing. We do not promise that every item is reviewed by a person before delivery.
Enforcement and credits
Depending on severity, repetition and risk, we may issue a warning, require content removal, remove offending media, limit generation or downloads, suspend an account, or permanently ban access. Serious child-safety, NCII, violence or fraud incidents may require immediate action and legally required reporting. Access to credits may be restricted during an investigation. Fraudulently obtained or invalid credits may be revoked, including reducing that balance to zero; legitimate purchased-credit adjustments and refund requests are reviewed separately under the Credit & refund policy and applicable law. Purchased credits do not expire merely through passage of time. Where legally permitted, we will explain the decision and how to appeal.
Reporting
Report suspected violations to support@aibabydancevideo.com. Include the task ID or content URL if available, the account or order reference if relevant, the policy concern and enough context to locate the material. A person affected by impersonation, NCII or rights infringement can report even without an account. For copyright or trademark reports, identify the work or mark, your authority to act and the allegedly infringing content. Do not attach illegal imagery, especially suspected child-abuse material; provide a location or identifier instead.
We acknowledge receipt, assess the risk and begin review within the initial-response deadline below. Our response confirms the assigned priority and next steps, including any information we need. All deadlines run from receipt at our reporting email address, not from when a report is opened. Hour-based deadlines apply every day, including weekends and public holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China, using China Standard Time (UTC+8).

We classify reports by the highest risk indicated and escalate them if new information shows greater urgency. For L1 reports, we act immediately on an identified serious risk, including restricting access to implicated content or accounts while we investigate. We will make a decision and carry out protective action within 24 hours; a continuing investigation does not postpone those urgent safeguards. Where required, we also report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
Within the applicable decision-and-action deadline, we complete the review, carry out any enforcement within our control and email the reporter the outcome and available next steps, subject to privacy and legal limits. If missing information or a complex investigation requires more time, we email the reporter before that deadline with the reason, any interim measures and a specific revised completion date. We provide progress updates at least every 5 business days until closure. An extension does not delay urgent L1 protective action or any shorter deadline required by law.
We retain a record of the report, review, decision, action and notifications. Reporter information is limited to those who need it for investigation, service operation or legal obligations. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports. Affected users can challenge an enforcement decision using the appeals process below.
Appeals
If you believe a restriction or removal was mistaken, email support@aibabydancevideo.com with your account email, the relevant task or notice reference and the reasons for your appeal. We will reconsider the decision using the available records and any new information, and communicate the result by email where permitted.
