Information used to run the service
Your account stores your name, email and sign-in information. Photo uploads, generation settings, task status, output files and credit records are stored to generate your videos and show your history. Authentication uses session cookies.
Guest purchase storage
Guest checkout saves a random purchase credential in this browser’s local storage so your purchase can be linked after registration or sign-in. Our server stores a hash of that credential and the associated orders and credit records. The browser credential is removed after successful linking; the server retains the ownership link for payment reconciliation. Passwords and card details are not saved in this local storage.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources and website interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your browser, device and use of this website. How your photos are processed
Photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. A scoped, expiring URL lets SeeAPI retrieve the selected input images to perform the requested generation. SeeAPI and its model providers process those images under their own data policies. Generated output is copied into private storage for your account.
How the soundtrack is added
The default soundtrack is added to generated videos in a Cloudflare-hosted processing container. The soundtrack is stored in the same private R2 bucket as website assets and is not sent to SeeAPI. The combined video is saved to your account and follows the media retention policy below.
Payments
Waffo Pancake hosts checkout for credit purchases. This application stores order identifiers, the pack selected, payment amounts and credit fulfillment records. Card numbers are not collected by the video studio.
Access and retention
Account authentication is required to list your tasks or download your stored videos. Provider input links expire after seven days. Expiry of a link does not delete the underlying file. The current service keeps task and media history; it does not promise automatic deletion or a fixed retention period.
Content-safety reports and support
When you contact support or report content, we use your contact details, the information you provide and relevant account, order or generation records to investigate and respond. Relevant material may be reviewed by the operator and shared with service providers or authorities when needed to resolve the issue or meet legal obligations. We limit access to the people who need it for that purpose. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or illegal imagery in a report.
